Jolly Vasani, Founder and President

Jolly is an entrepreneur with more than 15 years of information technology consulting experience in the commercial and public services sector. Prior to founding NETE in 1999, she has experience with large information technology systems business analysis and quality assurance initiatives for various firms including AOL Time Warner/America Online (AOL), Perot Systems, Citibank, National Car Rental, Alamo Car Rental and Sunklen Consultants. She has been awarded the National Merit Scholarship. Jolly holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering. As President, Jolly Vasani leads NETE's delivery, recruiting, human resources and quality initiatives.

Sandeep Somaiya, Managing Director, Enterprise Architecture Services and Business Development

Sandeep has more than 18 years of managerial and technical consulting experience in the planning, review, analysis, design, construction, and implementation of information systems for both Government (Federal Civilian and Department of Defense [DoD]) and commercial firms (ranging from Fortune 500 to dotcom startups). His experience includes planning, managing, and reviewing full life cycle large-scale systems development engagements; Federal Program Management Office (PMO) initiatives, technology and system reengineering programs; Information Technology (IT) Architecture and Enterprise Architecture (EA) planning and management; Federal IT investment and portfolio management including Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Federal IT privacy and security life-cycle management, Intranet, Web, electronic Government (eGov) and electronic commerce technologies; reporting and business intelligence, and imaging/digitization projects. He has been a speaker at industry conferences and published in technical journals. Mr. Somaiya also served on the Advisory Board of technology and dotcom companies. Prior to joining NETE, Mr. Somaiya has worked for management consulting and systems integration firms including Perot Systems, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) Consulting (IBM Consulting) (oldco PriceWaterhouse), BearingPoint (oldco KPMG Consulting). Mr. Somaiya has experience working in Argentina, Canada, India, Japan, Kuwait, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and the United States. Mr. Somaiya holds a MS degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and a BS in Computer Engineering.

Radha Allam, Managing Director, Technology Solutions and Web Interactive

Radha ("RK") is a highly regarded senior engineer and systems architect. At NETE, he manages the software engineering teams and brings best practices to support development of systems architecture, web applications, software systems and databases. RK has several years of hands-on full web and IT systems development life cycle (SDLC) experience in the design, development, and implementation of Web and wireless applications, two-tier and multi-tier applications, business to consumer (B2C), e-commerce sites and business to business (B2B) exchanges with strong problem solving, analysis and technical development team leading skills. Prior to joining NETE in 2000, RK worked with several leading software development firms. Mr. Allam has a Masters and a Bachelors degree in Engineering.

Jerry Sandhu, Director, Strategic Initiatives and Technology Solutions

Jerry is an Information Technology (IT) Program Manager and Systems Architect with a broad range of experience in high-performance and highly scalable Web applications, federal reporting systems, and IT Invest Management consulting and tools implementation. Jerry has extensive experience leading full SDLC and rapid applications development (RAD) experience in the design, development, implementation of interactive mission critical Web-based applications and databases for the commercial and federal sector; three-tier and multi-tier IT architecture; internet/extranet/intranet portals; electronic commerce and web content management applications; large scale Enterprise Resource Management (Project and Portfolio Management) COTS applications integration and customization; Section 508 compliance consulting; and Enterprise reporting business intelligence, visualization, data warehouses, dashboards, and web portals. Prior to joining NETE in 2004, Jerry had worked with the University System of Maryland, US Department of Agriculture and the World Bank. He has extensive experience managing programs and projects in the Global Public Sector, Federal Government, Real Estate and Hospitality, and Health Care Research verticals. Jerry possesses a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the George Mason University.

David Stenger, Managing Consultant, Web Interactive

David has over 14 years of experience in both commercial and federal sectors in web applications design, website usability, Section 508 compliance, graphic design, print Ppoduction and digital imaging. Prior to joining NETE, David worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMCO), Mitretek Systems/Noblis, Schafer Corporation, Litton PRC, and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Mr. Stenger has also worked for the Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA), PORTICO; DARPA; and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Trilogy/Sentinel Program. David has a degree in Graphic Art and Visual Communications.

Elizabeth Black, Managing Consultant, Outreach and Engagement Coordination; and Manager, Corporate Marketing

At NETE, Elizabeth is responsible for supporting marketing and business development efforts, while providing outreach and project coordination consulting support for client engagements. Prior to joining NETE, Elizabeth worked at the American International Group (AIG), gaining valuable experience in risk and capital management and gained an in depth perspective of how government contractors and commercial businesses interact with the government. She also has experience at the US Department of State, the US Senate, and lobbying for a non-profit advocacy group. Elizabeth has a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary in International Relations and a minor in Marketing.

Ruby Gill, Consultant, QA/Analyst

Ruby has experience with Web site requirements and specifications analysis, design and testing, performance reporting, and project management. After a career change and entering the Information Technology field as an analysis and testing professional, she has leveraged her analytical, detail oriented and leadership skills to provide Web based functionality analysis and functional quality assurance and testing services in a wide variety of environments for some of the top hospitality brands in the world, ensuring compliance with functional, compatibility, usability and security requirements while maintaining branding and graphic appeal of the brands. Prior to moving to the information technology field, Ruby Gill has had over fifteen years experience in the financial sector as an analyst and supervisor.
